LCC is operating - we're just doing things differently.

LCC will continue to operate remotely until further notice (a list of face-to-face and hybrid classes for fall is now available). Medical Assisting, Nursing, Machining and Welding resumed limited lab activity on May 5. Applications for emergency funding assistance are still being accepted. - 学到更多。

第2步

Complete 放置测试

  • Placement testing is administered at the 检测中心 located in the Admissions 中央。
  • Placement testing helps tailor your needs and interests to the appropriate level of English and math courses, and helps your advisor recommend the best course of study.
  • Veteran students who plan to earn a degree or certificate need to complete Placement testing before meeting with an advisor or registering for classes at Lower Columbia College. However, if you already have math and/or English credits, you don't have to take the corresponding test(s).
  • Study/prep materials available at the 检测中心 or click the link above to access 他们在网上。

第3步

Complete the New Student Orientation

All new students are required to go through New Student Orientation. The New Student Orientation is now online. After completing your orientation, you will be scheduled to meet one-on-one with an advisor. Advisors will help you register for your classes and provide necessary enrollment related information and instructions.

第4步

Bring your class schedule to the Veteran 服务 window in the 招生中心

  Please complete this step!

If you do not bring your class schedule to the Veteran 服务 window, you will not be certified through the VA to receive benefits.

第5步

澳门赌场 for 经济资助

It is optional, but strongly recommended that you apply for 经济资助

经济资助 does not count your GI Bill® as income against you, meaning you may still qualify for financial aid grants. Note: grants are not the same as loans

Please be aware of all key financial aid dates and deadlines listed on the 校历 或在 经济资助 Key Dates and Deadlines 页。

For assistance with the FAFSA or other financial aid processes please see Career and 雇用 服务 located in the 招生中心. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours.

If you need assistance with any of the steps listed above, please stop by the 一站式服务中心 in the Admissions Building, call us at (360)442-2322, or send an email to onestop@lowercolumbia.edu.
